Returns, refunds, delivery & store policies

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Blanc Collective purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or collection.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or have perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair or any other marks on them will not qualify for return or exchange.
  • Returned items are subject to inspection before approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Policy

  • Blanc Collective does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
  • Approved returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is not redeemable for cash.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing your order number together with clear photographs of the item.

Once inspected and approved, Blanc Collective will arrange:

  • A replacement item where available;
  • An exchange; or
  • Any remedy required under applicable South African consumer legislation.

Sale & Promotional Items

  • Sale items, promotional items, discounted items and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless defective in terms of applicable legislation.

Hygiene Products

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings
  • Hair accessories
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Undergarments
  • Beauty products
  • Any item marked as non-returnable

Delivery & Collection

Free Collection

Orders may be collected free of charge from:

Blanc Collective, 662 Jaqueline Drive, Garsfontein, Pretoria

Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.

Nationwide Courier

  • Standard nationwide courier: R150.00
  • Free nationwide courier on all orders over R1,200.00

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during business days only.
  • Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Blanc Collective reserves the right to delay dispatch during promotional periods, peak seasons or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct at checkout.

Blanc Collective cannot be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses supplied by customers;
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect information;
  • Additional courier charges resulting from redirected deliveries.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the courier company, Blanc Collective cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, strikes or events beyond our reasonable control.

We will however assist customers in tracking and resolving courier issues where possible.

Product Availability

While every effort is made to ensure stock accuracy, Blanc Collective reserves the right to cancel an order should an item become unavailable.

Should this occur, customers will be offered:

  • An alternative item;
  • Store credit; or
  • A refund where legally required.

Colours & Product Images

We strive to display products as accurately as possible.

However, due to variations in screens, lighting and photography, colours may vary slightly from the actual product received.

Pricing Errors

Blanc Collective reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors, technical issues or incorrect product information displayed on our website.

Customers will be notified immediately should this occur.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Blanc Collective, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these policies and terms.

These policies operate alongside any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
